Medical
We offer comprehensive medical cover for both Residents and Overseas Visitors.
Superannuation
Arch contributes 11.5% of base pay and bonus to your Superannuation fund, administered through payroll monthly (limits prescribed by the Australian Taxation Office may apply). We also have options for employees without an existing Superannuation fund.
Gym Membership
To encourage health and well-being, Arch will reimburse 50% of a gym membership on a monthly basis, subject to an annual cap.
